This tube style water trap comes complete with a separating blowpipe stock and, if chosen, a revolutionary Trap Dri which you can install separately.
It works along the same principals of a regular tube style water trap, however, with the removable tube, it make it easier to clean your water trap without disassembling your bagpipe. Especially useful if you play pipe bag with no zip as this can be installed when you first tie in the bag.
The tube can house a ‘Trap Dri’ either within or installed in isolation (refer to pictures) and collects excess moisture which can be poured out by removing the blowpipe from the bagpipes.
As the stock splits in two the tube can be removed when seasoning a sheepskin pipe bag.
Great as additional moisture security for sheepskin or hide and a necessity for synthetic bags.
